Your money
Held in escrow until you confirm the item. Read the full rules in Payments, escrow and payouts.
Payment method: M-Pesa sent directly to our account, confirmed by an admin.IntaSend (M-Pesa prompt on your phone).TinyPesa (M-Pesa prompt on your phone).
Marketplace fee: 3%, paid by the seller. Buyers pay 0% extra.
Seller auto-release: 3 days after "handed over", unless you dispute.
Payouts: aimed within 24 hours of a withdrawal request.
Who you are dealing with

| ID verified | Photos of a school ID, checked by an admin. Needed to withdraw money. |
- The social feed stays anonymous. Your student badge never appears on stories or comments. It only appears next to your name on Market listings, so buyers can see you are a real student.
- We keep only a scrambled fingerprint of your student email, not the address. We use it to stop one email unlocking many accounts.
- ID photos are seen only by admins and are deleted after the decision.
If there is a problem
1. Report it from the order, before the money is released.
2. An admin reviews it within 48 hours of the report.
3. A decision: refund the buyer to their wallet, or pay the seller.

Rules we hold ourselves to
- We never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, password, recovery code or handover code. Never share them with anyone, including us.
- Listings are approved by an admin before anyone sees them.
- Every admin action on money, disputes and accounts is written to an audit log.
- Phone numbers, links and handles are blocked from posts and messages so nobody is pulled off the platform.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. See the Privacy Policy.
